Pupil Voice is made up of representatives from each Year Group. They meet regularly to discuss current school issues.
There are a number of sub-committees which have been formed to discuss various topical issues and to date this have included: Academy uniform, environment issues, refurbishments, and re-naming of the dining area. Members have also taken part in staff recruitment including the recent appointments of Co-ordinator of Maths and Co-ordinator of ICT.
Pupil Voice is also responsible for charitable fund raising which goes on throughout the year. In the past these charities have been:
On the 11 November 2011 Pupil Voice visited the Houses of Parliament following an invitation by John Trickett MP, (this was delayed due to the change in government). Mrs Skrzeczkowski and Mr Horsley accompanied pupils visiting London by train.
